The Office of Workforce and Lifelong Learning (OWLL) at ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú will be the leading provider of flexible, high-quality professional development and lifelong learning opportunities in ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Connecticut and beyond. We aim to empower individuals at every stage of life by offering accessible pathways to continuing education through innovative programs such as digital badges, micro-credentials, credit for prior learning, and non-credit certificates, creating multiple on-ramps to higher education and career advancement.

The Office of Workforce and Lifelong Learning (OWLL) at ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú strengthens the university ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú †.™s commitment to social justice by expanding equitable access to education through nontraditional pathways such as micro-credentials, digital badges, and credit for prior learning. OWLL supports lifelong learning for professionals, community members, alumni, and students, in addition to supporting high school youth to explore career pathways and post-secondary opportunities earlier in life.
