Crecsent Players
The Crescent Players is a student-run production organization which co-presents shows with the Theatre Department, as well as producing its own events and workshops at the and elsewhere on campus. The organization is the longest-running club/organization on campus. They aspire to encourage creative and theatrical works. Membership is open to the entire SCSU student community. Interested students are encouraged to join the online group to access announcements, calendars, and club e-mailings.
Elm Shakespeare Company
The , recognized as the premiere Shakespeare company in Connecticut and one of the very best in New England, has been offering free professional outdoor Shakespeare performances in New Haven for 20 years.
